It’s a Mad Mad Mad Mad World

disaster-plan-freefallOngoing events conspire to make this particular time in history very grave.
The Mid-East: Always trouble. Now more so.
Iran’s Head Chimpanzoid, Muckmut Amadmanonajihad, says Israel will not exist much longer.  It’s not the first time he has threatened to annihilate Israel.  He is the simian puppet of the true rulers of Iran. The Council of Goatbeards.
Ayatollah Khomeini,  Head Goatbeard & the Pope of Islam, says it’s the duty of every Muslim in the world to wage jihad on Israel. I rarely agree with Khomeini but I never claim his interpretation of Islam is in error. He simply knows more about Islam than I do. If he says Muslims are commanded by Allah to war with Israel, who am I to argue that’s un-Islamic? (Now do you understand why calling Islam the Religion of Peace is an outright lie?)
Many Muslims, world-wide, believe their mystic Mahdi is about to return and bring about Muslim control of the entire world. The barbarians are jacked about that. Nothing  portends ill for the good of civilization like a billion enthusiastic savages.
There is a real likelihood of a nuke event in the next three or four months. If it happens, pray that the Israelis did the nuking!
Europe: Death of a franken-currency.
The meltdown of the eurozone is evident even to the brave faced eurozone bureaucrats in charge of  euro pep rallies.Finland is preparing for the actual break-up of the eurozone. Many large investment funds are shorting the euro. Shorting is the market term for betting something will fall  in value.
Timo Soini, head of the Finns Party which won 19% of votes at the last election, said voters were angry.
He added: 'Either the south or the north will break away because this currency straitjacket is causing misery for millions and destroying Europe’s future… It is a total catastrophe. We are going to run out of money the way we are going. But nobody in Europe wants to be first to get out of the euro and take all the blame.
America: Drought & The Presidential Election &  A Conservative owned Media
America’s mid-west is still the breadbasket of the world, even tough much of world wishes it were not true. Perhaps this year, it won’t be true. Crops are poor to disastrous. Oh, don’t worry about Americans, they’ll be okay, Jack. Yes, farmers will take it on the chin, but millions of folks in Africa and third world Asia will starve.
If the enemedia numbers are anywhere near being true, Americans are either truly clueless or suicidal. I would have thought Obama would have been tarred and feathered and run out of town on a rail. If Romney doesn’t win in a landslide, America has very few more years as the bastion of freedom and free markets. Obama’s Marxism must be refuted in spades!
Islamic Paradises: Ungovernable
Afghani cop murders two US soldiers. No, I’m not dredging up last week’s news. This happened Friday. Muslims are commanded to hate kafirs. If Allah hates us, how could any Muslim feel differently? Education is not the answer. Islam commands Muslims to detest everything Western folks love or value.
It is Almost Midnight in the West. For many reasons. But don’t take your eye off the ball—Islam is still the most dangerous enemy the West ever had.
It’s a Mad Mad Mad Mad World!

Romney attacks Ahmadinejad, Romney’s surrogates attack Obama’s Iran policies

Washington, Aug. 18 – Iranian officials have been ramping up their anti-Israel rhetoric recently in anticipation of al-Quds Day yesterday, the last Friday during the month of Ramadan. The event was created by Iran in 1979 and calls for the destruction of Israel.
Friday in Iran, millions of people demonstrated in the streets, shouting “Death to Israel.” Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad once again called for Israel’s destruction and said al-Quds Day is a time for unity among all human beings to remove the “Zionist black stain.”
Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney said Ahmadinejad’s remarks remind Americans about what is at stake.
“America must lead the world in stopping Iran’s genocidal regime from obtaining a nuclear weapons capability. Ahmadinejad’s latest outrageous remarks are just another reminder of what is at stake. As I said recentlywhen visiting Jerusalem, ‘We have seen the horrors of history. We will not stand by. We will not watch them play out again.’”
Members of the Iranian regime have for years publicly espoused statements saying Israel should be “wiped off the map.”
Israel’s existence, Ahmadinejad said, is an “insult to all humanity” and a crime against humanity. Confronting Israel, he said, is an effort to “protect the dignity of all human beings.”
Said Ahmadinejad: “The Zionist regime is a tool to dominate the Middle East,” and the world powers are “thirsty for Iranian blood.”
Iran is the only country in the United Nations that has called for the destruction of another member-country. Iran has denied the Holocaust, and it trains, funds and arms proxies such as Hezbollah and Hamas.
Romney’s surrogates quickly attacked President Obama for “wasting precious time … trying to reason with” Iran.
“The Obama Administration wasted precious time during some of those years trying to reason with the ayatollahs and it delayed for too long in imposing sanctions that would truly bite,” Majority Leader Eric Cantor said in a statement Friday. “Now, as Iran marches forward in its race to gain the capability to build a nuclear bomb, we find ourselves in need of strong leadership in the White House. We don’t have that leadership now.”
Presumptive Republican vice presidential nominee Rep. Paul Ryan (Wis.) said the U.S. federal government’s first responsibility should be national security because “the world needs America’s leadership.”
“In the past day, Iran’s President called our ally Israel ‘a cancerous tumor that must be excised,’” Ryan said while speaking in Springfield, Va., Friday. “Let me be really clear. Under President Romney our adversaries will think twice about challenging America and our allies because we believe in peace through strength. There will be no daylight between America and our friends around the world. Strong national defense, peace through strength, strong relationship with our allies.”
Florida Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and former Minnesota Sen. Norm Coleman, both Republicans, also expressed their concern for Israel.
“With Iran’s continued calls for the destruction of the state of Israel, Israel and the entire civilized world are justified in taking any and all measures to prevent Tehran from acquiring the capability to develop nuclear weapons,”Coleman said in a statement Friday before then attacking the Obama administration for being “weak” in its attempt to stop Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons.
“Obama’s approach seems to be based on a complete misreading of the intentions of the ayatollahs,” Ros-Lehtinen said in a statement Friday. “And by wasting precious time, his policies have placed the security of the state of Israel in jeopardy.”

The Liberal Sisterhood of the Plundering Hacks
by Michelle Malkin

Hey, remember when Nancy Pelosi and a gaggle of Democratic women vowed to eradicate Washington’s culture of corruption? Tee-hee. Instead of breaking up the Good Ol’ Boys Club, Capitol Hill’s leading liberal ladies have established their very own taxpayer-funded Sisterhood of the Plundering Hacks.
This week, the names of two of Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano’s gal pals surfaced in a mortifying, Animal House-style scandal. If the allegations of whistleblowers pan out, DHS may soon be known as DSH: The Department of Sexual Harassment.
According to FoxNews.com’s Judson Berger, DHS chief of staff for Immigration and Customs Enforcement Suzanne Barr put herself onvoluntary leave after details of her lewd behavior were disclosed as part of an ongoing discrimination and retaliation lawsuit. In “newly emerging affidavits,” Berger reported, “one of the employees claimed that in October 2009, while in a discussion about Halloween plans, the individual witnessed Barr turn to a senior ICE employee and say: ‘You a sexy (expletive deleted).’”
Striking a blow for equal opportunity pervs everywhere, Barr “then looked at his crotch and asked, ‘How long is it anyway?’ according to the affidavit.”
Barr is accused of numerous other acts intended to “humiliate and intimidate male employees.” Yet another account from the lawsuit detailed Barr’s vulgar text messages to a colleague while on a boozy trip to Colombia. On the same junket, Barr allegedly offered to perform oral sex on another DHS employee. Barr, a lawyer who previously served as Napolitano’s director of legislative affairs when the DHS secretary was governor of Arizona, had no law enforcement experience before ascending the federal ranks.
A few months after Barr followed Napolitano to DHS in 2009, another crony tagged along. Dora Schriro, who served as director of Arizona’s Department of Corrections under then-Gov. Napolitano, was appointed by her BFF to head the Detention and Removal Operations office despite zero experience in that critical homeland security policy area. The suit claims that Schriro had a “longstanding relationship with (Napolitano)” that resulted in preferential treatment.
A few plum posts here, a few plum posts there. Pretty soon, the sleaze piles up.
But DHS has nothing on the public relations slush fund created by Obamacare — and forked over to Obama on-air surrogate Kiki McLean. The longtime Democratic operative and self-described “true D.C. insider” heads up the global public affairs division at Porter Novelli, which secured a $20 million contract to peddle Obamacare to the public. The firm claims it struck gold after a “competitive bidding process.” But members of Congress on both sides of the aisle have called for probes into that and other shady business-as-usual PR contracts. And HHS, headed by Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, is dragging its feet on meeting information requests.
Such obstructionism is nothing new to Sebelius, whose tenure as Kansas governor is still the subject of an ongoing criminal court case against Planned Parenthood and the Sunflower State’s health officials. Last year, the plaintiffs discovered that health bureaucrats presided over the “routine” shredding of “documents related to felony charges the abortion giant faces.” Sebelius doggedly fought transparency motions in the proceedings for years.
Are Obama’s female inspectors general watching out for taxpayers any better than their male counterparts? As the boys in my family like to say: negatory.
Interior Department acting IG Mary Kendall is knee-stocking-deep in a conflict-of-interest scandal, which alleges that she potentially helped White House officials cover up their doctoring of scientific documents that led to the fraudulent, job-killing drilling moratorium of 2010.
Acting Department of Justice IG Cynthia Schnedar, a longtime employee and colleague of now-Attorney General Eric Holder, has an ethics imbroglio all her own. As I reported in June, she worked under Holder in the 1990s and co-filed several legal briefs with him. Schnedar recklessly released secret Fast and Furious audiotapes to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Phoenix before reviewing them. The tapes somehow found their way into the hands of the local ATF office. Both remain targets of congressional probes.
Over on Capitol Hill, Democratic women are too preoccupied with their own nest-feathering and backside-covering to police the Obama administration:
California Democratic Rep. Laura Richardson, a tax dodger and loan defaulter, received a House ethics wrist slap two weeks ago after investigators concluded she had “improperly pressured her congressional staffers to work on her campaign, verbally abused and intimidated them, used taxpayer-funded resources for personal and political activities, and obstructed the investigation,” as the Los Angeles Times summed it up.
Fellow California Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters still hasn’t faced an ethics trial over her meddling in minority-owned OneUnited Bank. The financial institution, in which her husband had invested, received $12 million in federal TARP bailout money after Waters’ office personally intervened and lobbied the Treasury Department in 2008.
Nevada Democratic Rep. Shelley Berkley faces a formal House ethics investigation into charges that she abused her position to benefit her husband’s business interests.
And investigative author Peter Schweizer exposed House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi and her husband’s smelly insider deals involving the initial public offering of credit-card company Visa.
Out: Drain the swamp. In: Last one in is a rotten egg. Kick off your pumps and 3, 2, 1 … cannonball.

Which Candidate Cares More About Israel?

 -
Ever since the last of a series of full-scale blowups between the Obama administration and Israel, Democrats have been desperately trying to convince Jewish voters that the president really is the Jewish state’s best friend. In order to do so, voters would have to ignore most of what had happened in the first three years of his presidency but they were able to argue that his decision not to blow up the U.S.-Israel alliance completely ought to serve as proof of his good intentions. That’s enough for many Jews whose partisan preferences leave them ready to believe the Democrats’ talking points. But while American voters, Jewish and non-Jewish who consider the question an important one, ponder the question of which presidential candidate is a better friend to Israel, the people with the most on the line in the Middle East also have an opinion.
The latest poll of Israeli views of the U.S. election is similar to previous surveys on the question of American leadership: they don’t trust President Obama. As the Jerusalem Post reports, a new Peace Index/Dahaf Institute poll shows that 2-1 majority of Israeli Jews think Mitt Romney cares more about them than the president. Forty percent of respondents said Romney “assigns more importance to defending Israeli national interests” while 19 percent said Obama did. Ten percent saw neither as being more supportive than the other while 25 percent said they didn’t know and six percent said “neither” backed their country.  Back in April a Smith Research/Jerusalem Post pollfound that 60 percent of Israelis saw Obama as either pro-Palestinian or neutral in the Middle East conflict. All of which leads one to wonder why so many American Jews think they understand Obama’s views of the question better than Israelis.
The answer to that question is fairly obvious. It’s not that most Jewish Democrats really believe that Obama is sympathetic to the Jewish state. They have eyes and ears like the rest of us and can easily pick up the fact that, as veteran peace processor Aaron David Miller put it, “unlike [Bill] Clinton and George W. Bush, Obama isn’t in love with the idea of Israel.” It’s not just that most Jews aren’t single-issue Israel voters, it’s that for many of them, it doesn’t much matter. Others, including many liberals who do care about Israel, find reasons to grade him on a steep curve that allows him to pass muster because of his liberal positions on domestic issues.
But for that 10-25 percent of the Jewish electorate whose votes are in play this fall, the question of the president’s record on Israel will be important. Polls showing Israeli distrust of the president — which is getting deeper because of his lack of resolve on the Iranian nuclear threat — will make it even harder for Democrats to convince voters that he can be trusted to do the right thing for the Jewish state.

Ahmadinejad's thoughts about "cancerous tumors" ..

Note:  If anyone doubts the true nature of Iran's regime and its intentions, president Ahmadinejad was kind enough to remind the world (again)...

'Tumour' of Israel will soon be destroyed: Ahmadinejad
TEHRAN — Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad told an annual anti-Israel protest in Tehran on Friday that the Jewish state was a "cancerous tumour" that will soon be excised, drawing a strong US rebuke.
US National Security Council spokesman Tommy Vietor told AFP that if Iran was as concerned about human rights as Ahmadinejad said in his speech in support of the Palestinians, then it should stop supporting Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
Ahmadinejad's diatribe against Israel in his Quds (Jerusalem) Day address was the latest in a long line to have drawn criticism from Western governments.
"The Zionist regime and the Zionists are a cancerous tumour," he said.
"The nations of the region will soon finish off the usurper Zionists in the Palestinian land.... A new Middle East will definitely be formed. With the grace of God and help of the nations, in the new Middle East there will be no trace of the Americans and Zionists," he said.
The diatribe took place amid heightened tensions between Israel and Iran over Tehran's controversial nuclear programme.
The Jewish state has in recent weeks intensified its threats to possibly bomb Iran's nuclear facilities to prevent it having the capability to produce atomic weapons.
Iran, which is suffering under severe Western sanctions, denies its nuclear programme is anything but peaceful. Its military has warned it will destroy Israel if it attacks.
"They (the Israelis) know very well they don't have the ability" to successfully attack Iran, foreign ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast was quoted as saying by the ISNA news agency.
"If they make a mistake, our nation's reaction will lead to the end of the Zionist regime," he said.
State television showed crowds marching under blazing sunshine in Tehran and other Iranian cities to mark Quds Days, an annual commemoration launched by the founder of the Islamic republic, the late Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, just after the 1979 revolution that brought him to power.
Demonstrators held up Palestinian flags and pictures of Khomeini's successor as Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, and banners reading "Death to Israel" and "Death to America."
The head of Iran's powerful Revolutionary Guards, General Mohammad Ali Jafari, told the Fars news agency as he attended the Tehran rally that "the Iranian nation has always been at the forefront of the (regional anti-Israeli) resistance in showing its animosity with Israel."
He added that Iran intended to maintain that virulent stance.
Ahmadinejad, in his speech, claimed that "Zionists" triggered World Wars I and II, and had "taken control over world affairs since the moment they became dominant over the US government."
The US National Security Council spokesman said Ahmadinejad's comments were "hateful and divisive."
"We strongly condemn the latest series of offensive and reprehensible comments by senior Iranian officials that are aimed at Israel," Vietor said.
"The entire international community should condemn this hateful and divisive rhetoric."
Etc., etc. and etc.   ... we all get the picture!  continue reading here ............

More bad ideas on Iran

ISRAEL HAS THE RIGHT TO DEFEND ITSELF....

(AND THAT "WINDOW" IS CLOSING SWIFTLY!)

BY FRESNO ZIONISM

The quantity of “information” in the Israeli and US media regarding Iran’s nuclear project and possible action against it is enormous. It includes deliberate disinformation, propaganda intended to discredit the Israeli PM (always a goal of the Israeli Left), uninformed speculation, and — like the publication by mainstream outlets including the BBC of total nonsense provided by anti-Israel blogger Richard Silverstein — sheer journalistic incompetence.

Some of it comes from what might be reasonable sources, but doesn’t make a lick of sense. Take this, reported in today’s NY Times:
JERUSALEM — A former Israeli national security adviser said Wednesday that the prime minister and the defense minister told him this week they had not yet decided to attack Iran’s nuclear facilities and could be dissuaded from a strike if President Obama approved stricter sanctions and publicly confirmed his willingness to use military force.
“There is a window of opportunity,” said the official, Uzi Dayan, a former deputy chief of staff in the military. “This window is closing, but if the United States would be much clearer and stronger about the sanctions on one hand and about what can happen if Iran won’t make a U-turn — there is not a lot of time, but there is still time to make a difference.” …
While Mr. Netanyahu and Mr. Barak have been criticized as “messianic” in their thinking on the Iranian nuclear issue and are widely viewed as ready, if not eager, to take military action to stop it, Mr. Dayan said they would prefer that the United States led any attack, even if that meant waiting until after the November presidential election. But “they have to make the decision whether to strike or not before November,” he said, so they need to hear from Mr. Obama “in the coming two weeks, in the coming month.”

In other words, Dayan is suggesting that if President Obama will increase sanctions (which is not entirely in his hands and which won’t work anyway) and promise to use force after the election if Iran doesn’t “make a U-turn,” then Israel will hold off.

I’ve already discussed at length why sanctions will not cause Iran to dismantle its program. So we are talking, essentially, about a promise to use force. Can Israel depend on such a promise? Even if Barack Obama were the most pro-Israel president in history (and in fact he is the opposite), there are external forces that could make it impossible to keep it. For example, suppose he is not reelected. Could a lame duck President initiate military action (it would be called ‘starting a war’) on behalf of another country?

Not only that, there is the question of what constitutes a “U-turn.” Israel has said that it cannot tolerate Iran having a ‘nuclear capability’ while the US has said that its red line is something like a decision to build a weapon. Would the US accept Israel’s definition? Even if it did, what if US intelligence on Iranian progress doesn’t agree with Israel’s?

Taking all this into account, would Bibi, the son of Benzion Netanyahu, abandon a cornerstone of Israel’s strategic doctrine and place the defense of Israel, against what he assuredly believes to be an existential threat, in the hands of the US — the US which has broken promises to Israel  before, even with friendlier presidents?

I don’t think so.

Video: 1000 years of Darkness

Where is the "road to peace"?

Does the West expect Israel to split their land like an atom and give it to those who do not seek peace?

Has America fought in vain ELEVEN Years against those who live in darkness?  The enemy robbed our nation of its innocence when they attacked our land on September 11, 2011.  Since that horrific day, the way we travel has never been the same; a package left unattended is enough to call out the Swat Teams; and the mandates and rules under Homeland Security do not cause Americans a sense of safety - for no one can ever skip down the street feeling safe and free as long as Islamist organizations with ties to the terrorist groups, such as, the Muslim Brotherhood are allowed to bring frivolous law suits against America's businesses over dress codes - codes which every private business is allowed to place in effect for safety reasons and for the expectations of their clients.  Free?

And, instead of defining America's enemies and terrorist organizations, this White House administration in 2009 quickly removed all identification of the enemy from every single U.S. Federal organization.  Why?  Politics - that's why!  They are playing politics with our lives and livelihoods.  After all, if you want to wind down wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, and every other country where our troops have been sent to fight Islamist Jihad, anti-American, anti-civilization, what better way to do it than to remove who our enemy is that robs us of the freedoms we once enjoyed?

"Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness" have no meaning within the teachings of Islam.  Look at the countries that are led by Muslims under the Koran - do you see happiness in the faces of its citizens?  They kill and murder each other and spread their poison throughout the world.  No one can deny this, as we have lost thousands of citizens on 9/11 and thousands more on the battle fields.

We tell our democratic ally Israel "Hey, what's a few plots of land to you, when by handing over "land for peace" is in the best interest of the world/Middle East."  We blame Israel for a lack of peace, when 11 years of fighting these same Muslim enemies across the sea has not brought one ounce of "peace" in any of the countries our troops have fought.  The bombings and attacks on all non-Muslims continue.  Our own troops in Afghanistan are being murdered by the very Afghanistan police units who are trained by American troops - go figure?!

Our Washington leaders tell Israel "Sit tight, we've got your back" while the worse madmen in the world are threatening Israel with total annihilation!  (What's it to us?  We're war-weary and have no inkling of supporting our ally, or saving her from a second Holocaust!).  This is total foolishness!  Isn't Washington, DC remotely concerned that whatever happens to Israel will soon rain down upon our own heads?  9/11 will look like a piece of cake compared to what they have planned for an encore for the United States.  Iran, supporter of every single Muslim terrorist organization in this world, has to-date, been allowed to continue their hellbent achievement of obtaining their Number One goal of nuclear weapons, while our administration sits around the camp fire discussing "peace" with these criminally insane leaders living in darkness and unable to contribute to a civilized world.

Will our elections this November bring about a change to America that will secure our borders, stop the influx of Islamic immigration from Third World countries that wish us all dead?  Will it be wise enough to prevent the on-going aid to those who wish another 9/11 on our shores?  Will it stop aiding and abetting America's enemies?

Only time will tell.  Meanwhile, as we prepare for America's 11th Anniversary of 9/11 ... may we join with Israel and say, "Never Forget".

It would appear that the GOP is continuing Obama’s outreach to the Islamists.

(Comment: As long as our countries continue with a policy allowing Muslim immigration, our politicians and all of us are guilty of self-destruction and share the blame for whatever crimes Muslims will commit in our countries.)   You may want to read all comments - very enlightening.

Inside the Hezbollah 'theme park' where children are taught the glory of martyrdom

Multi-million pound museum is built on former militant stronghold in the Lebanese town of Mleeta
  • It features tanks, rockets, archive video footage and even a gift shop
Lebanese militant group Hezbollah has built a multi-million pound theme park designed to indoctrinate its children about the glory of martyrdom against its enemy Israel.
The mostly-outdoor museum features barbed wire, tanks, rockets, archive video footage and a lot of guns.
Visitors are able to walk around replica war scenes that feature destroyed Israeli tanks - including one symbolically rendered impotent by a twisted firing barrel - and grave stones lying on their side.

New footage has emerged after a reporter for Vice.com took a guided tour of the museum.
And while it might make for a fascinating day trip, Hezbollah's real motive is to promote what it calls 'resistance tourism'.

The militant group, which was founded in the 1980s to oppose Israel's occupation of southern Lebanon, is keen to promote its ideology.
Its most recent conflict with Israel took place in 2006, when the pair went to war after the Lebanese guerilla group killed three Israeli soldiers and captured two others in a cross-border raid.
Although Israel inflicted heavy damage on the Hezbollah, it was unable to prevent it from firing some 4,000 rockets into Israel during the month-long conflict.
Since then, Israel has accused Hezbollah of repeatedly violating the UN-brokered ceasefire by restocking its arsenal and covertly moving forces into south Lebanon, near the Israeli border.

Just last year, Israel believed Hezbollah had more than 40,000 rockets, nearly three time the pre-war level, including more powerful weapons capable of reaching Israel's Tel Aviv heartland.
Israel has for years accused Hezbollah of re-arming with the help of Iran and Syria, setting up 'rocket villages' in southern Lebanon.
The Israel-Lebanon border has been tense but largely quiet since the war, which killed around 1,200 Lebanese and 160 Israelis, according to official counts from each side.
